FELONY ARREST IN THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT MORRIS

MOUNT MORRIS- Sheriff Thomas J. Dougherty reports the arrest of a Mt. Morris resident on multiple felony charges following an investigation into crack cocaine sales in the Village of Mount Morris.

 

Kimberley Delavergne, age 50, was arrested on April 3rd, 2026 by members of the Livingston County Sheriff’s Office. Delavergne was charged on a Livingston County Superior Court indictment warrant with three counts of felony Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance in the Third Degree and three counts of felony Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Third Degree.  The arrest was a culmination of an investigation into the sale of crack cocaine in the Village of Mt. Morris.  The investigation was handled by members of the Livingston County Sheriff’s Office.

 

Kimberley Delavergne was arrested and processed by the Livingston County Sheriff’s Office and then turned over to Central Booking Deputies at the Livingston County Jail for pre-arraignment detention.  Delavergne will appear in Livingston County Court at a later date to answer the charges.

 

Assisting with the investigation for the Sheriff’s Office were members of the Patrol Division and the Criminal Investigations Division.
