LIVONIA - Sheriff Thomas J. Dougherty reports the arrest of a Monroe County resident on felony drug charges following a traffic stop on Main Street in Hemlock.

On May 27th, 2026, Deputy Emma Bondgren conducted a traffic stop on Main Street in Hemlock after observing a violation of the NYS Vehicle and Traffic Law.  Contact was made with the operator, who was identified as 34-year-old Antionette Wilson of Rochester.  During the initial encounter, the Deputy suspected that there was drug activity in the vehicle and conducted a roadside drug investigation.

During the roadside investigation, Wilson was found to be in possession of a quantity of cocaine.  Deputy Bondgren arrested Wilson and charged her with felony Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Second Degree, felony Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Third Degree, Aggravated Unlicensed Operation in the Third Degree and violations of the NYS Vehicle and Traffic Law.

Wilson was transported and turned over to Central Booking Deputies at the Livingston County Jail for arrest processing and pre-arraignment detention.  Wilson was later arraigned at the Livingston County Centralized Arraignment Part (LC-CAP) at the Livingston County Jail before Town of Groveland Justice Bean.  The Judge did release Wilson on her own recognizance as the offenses do not qualify for bail under the NYS Bail Reform Act.

The Livingston County Public Defender’s Office was present and represented Wilson at the court arraignment for her defense.  The Livingston County District Attorney’s Office was also present to represent the People.
