On July 2nd, 2026, Sheriff’s Investigators arrested Watson and charged her with felony Grand Larceny in the Third Degree.

Watson was transported and turned over to Central Booking Deputies at the Livingston County Jail for arrest processing and pre-arraignment detention. Watson was later arraigned at the Livingston County Centralized Arraignment Part (LC-CAP) at the Livingston County Jail before Town of Lima Justice Huff. The Judge did release Watson on her own recognizance, as the offense does not qualify for bail under the NYS Bail Reform Act.
