FELONY ARREST IN THE TOWN OF LIVONIA

LIVONIA – Sheriff Thomas J. Dougherty reports the arrest of a Livonia resident on felony Assault charges following an investigation by the Livingston County Sheriff’s Office.

 

On March 26th, 2026, the Livingston County Sheriff’s Office commenced an investigation into a fight that occurred in the Town of Livonia.  It is alleged through the investigation that the suspect, 19-year-old Haiden Nolan did assault another person causing serious physical injury.

 

On May 8th, 2026, Sheriff’s Investigator Ross Gerace arrested Nolan and charged him with felony Assault in the Second Degree.

 

Nolan was transported and turned over to Central Booking Deputies at the Livingston County Jail for arrest processing and pre-arraignment detention.  Nolan was later arraigned at the Livingston County Centralized Arraignment Part (LC-CAP) at the Livingston County Jail before Town of Conesus Justice Coyne.  The District Attorney’s Office recommended that bail be set at $5,000 cash or $25,000 bond.  The Judge did release Nolan on his own recognizance with a return court date set for the Town of Livonia.

 

The Livingston County Public Defender’s Office was present and represented Nolan at the court arraignment for his defense.  The Livingston County District Attorney’s Office was also present to represent the People. 

 

Assisting with the investigation for the Sheriff’s Office were members of the Patrol Division.
